I've removed the NPOV tag per discussion. Though lacking in the usual biographical information, the article is balanced on the issues it does discuss. (It seems that the NPOV tag was inadvertently copied by a new user when adding the infobox). ~MDD4696 02:22, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
