War Bulletins are not mentioned. [1] " INFORMATION, THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC U.S. War Bulletins 1917-1918 Including: How the War Came to America; the Battle Line of Democracy; the President's Flag Day Address with Evidence of Germany's Plans; Conquest and Kultur Washington, DC: The Committee on Public Info, 1917-18."

As I understand from this, the text "How the War came to America" has not been a book written George Creel. Who sold it and got income from it, then?
