[edit] Date of death..?
I've found a number of conflicting reports on his death. When I was working on John Bowen I found a source that said he was killed in 1700, and Bowen replaced him as captain.. however, this article states (and some preliminary looking around online) seems to have his date of death at 1710.
Any help would be gratefully received! shas (talk) 21:13, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
