I admit we had only seen a tiny percentage of the surface of Geonosis. So a good portion of the rest of the planet may be totally different that Tatooine. But I do remember when I first seen the Attack of the Clones in the theater, when they got to the scene where Anakin was sneaking into the Sand People village, it took me a minute to realize that it wasn't Geonosis anymore, that we were looking at Tatooine again.
