[edit] Speedy Deletion template not required [update: template has since been removed]

This artist is notable. I am in the process of expanding the article and adding references. Please wait a while to review the new content before deleting.

One example: his music is used in more than 50 permanent planetarium installations around the world, as supported by references. --Parzival418 Hello 18:58, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Additional examples that this is a notable artist:

He has collaborated on planetarium shows with noted personalities James Earl Jones, William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy and Patrick Stewart.

His music is played on at least two nationally syndicated NPR radio programs.

Geodesium's music has appeared in TV commercials for major corporations including AT&T, Ford, Pizza Hut, Honda, Coors, and the Colorado Lottery.

He's not a major artist, granted occupies a small specialized niche. But 50 planetariums around the world would be missing their music if he had not created it for them.

I am not associated with this artist in any way, I'm editing space-music related articles and found a redlink for him, so did the research.

He's listed on All Music Guide and Discogs.com and has been mentioned in several magazine interviews and reviews.

I do not believe this artist qualifies for Speedy Deletion - or should be deleted at all. But if you want to delete it, please place it on AfD so editors can comment. Thanks. --Parzival418 Hello 19:08, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Some more notability info: Geodesium music has been used in Evans & Sutherland's Digistar demonstration programs, in 4 special- effects Sky-Scan inc. laserdisks, and a variety of NASA-produced programs.

Geodesium music has received airplay on such radio programs as Musical Starstreams, Music From The Hearts Of Space, and Opus 357. --Parzival418 Hello 19:11, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
