Georgiana_Harcourt youngest daughter of Edward Venables-Vernon-Harcourt (October 10, 1757 - February 5, 1847) was an English clergyman who was Bishop of Carlisle from 1791 to 1807[2], and then w:Archbishop of York until his death.
