[edit] Summary

Description

George Kinnear

This was reproduced by snapping a photo of a page in a book in a non-circulating library reference collection, then cropping to clean the result. There is some barrel distortion, and no doubt a better copy could be made on a scanner, but it is a decent copy even as it stands.
