According to askart.com Albert Jenks died in 1901, making this image PD as of 1971.

- The subject died in 1923, so it must have been painted from before 1923, so it's PD by that rule. I will research the specific name of the painter, to make sure he has been dead for the necessary 70+ years. JesseW, the juggling janitor 22:34, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
