State Route 341 is a north-south route in Walker County in extreme northwest Georgia. From its northern terminus at S.R. 193 in Flintstone, the route runs southwest to the town of Chickamauga. The route then turns to the south, running along the West Chickamauga Creek valley before reaching its southern terminus at S.R. 193 northwest of LaFayette.
