State Route 327 is a short north-south route located entirely in Franklin County in northeast Georgia in the United States. From its southern terminus at U.S. 29/S.R. 8 west of Royston, the route runs north, intersecting S.R. 51, before reaching its northern terminus at S.R. 17 north of Bowersville. The route offers access to Victoria Bryant State Park.
