State Route 324 is a short northwest-to-southeast highway located mainly in Gwinnett County, though a short segment is in adjacent Barrow County. From its western terminus at S.R. 20 south of Buford, the route runs southeast through suburban and exurban areas of Gwinnett and Barrow counties before reaching its eastern terminus at U.S. 29 Bus/S.R. 8 west of Auburn.
