State Route 315 is a west-east route in west central Georgia. From its western terminus at S.R. 219 in rural southwestern Harris County, the route runs east to its interchange with Interstate 185. The route continues east, passing through the towns of Cataula and Ellerslie. The route then enters Talbot County, where it reaches its eastern terminus at S.R. 208 west of Talbotton.
