State Route 279 is a Georgia state route in south Fulton County and north Fayette County. Old National Highway, as it is best known, connects S.R. 85 (just north of Fayetteville) with Roosevelt Highway (U.S. 29/S.R. 14) in College Park. It is a heavily traveled surface arterial and there are plans to revitalize the surrounding area, as it has gone somewhat downhill.
