State Route 19 is a northwest-southeast route in the U.S. state of Georgia. From its southern terminus at U.S. 1/S.R. 4 north of Alma, the route travels north, cosigned with U.S. 23. In Hazlehurst, U.S. 341 and S.R. 27, also join the two routes. In Lumber City, S.R. 19 departs to the north, crossing the Little Ocmulgee River, and begins to parallel the Oconee River north to Dublin. In Dublin, S.R. 19 becomes cosigned with U.S. 80. The two routes travel west to Macon. In Macon, S.R. 19 leaves U.S. 80 and becomes cosigned with U.S. 41. The routes travel north to Forsyth, where S.R. 18 becomes cosigned with U.S. 41 and S.R. 19 reaches its northern terminus.
