Georgia Democratic primary, 2008

The 2008 Georgia Democratic primary took place on February 5, 2008, also known as Super Tuesday. Illinois Senator Barack Obama took first place by double digits, however his rival Senator Hillary Clinton received some delegates because they are awarded proportionally. There were 87 delegates at stake.[1]
