The Fourth Congressional District of the U.S. State of Georgia includes parts of Dekalb, Rockdale, and Gwinnett Counties in the metro Atlanta area. The district is currently represented in the 110th Congress by Democrat Hank Johnson. In its current form, the district is heavily African American and has strongly supported Democratic candidates.
