George Owu (born 7 July 1982) is a Ghanaian football player who, as of 2006 was playing for AshantiGold and currently playing for Al-Masry.
He was part of the Ghanaian 2004 Olympic football team, who exited in the first round, having finished in third place in group B.
he was the second goal keeper in africa cup in egypt 2006.
Goalkeeper George Owu has signed for Egyptian Premier League side Al Masry Club. He moved from AshGold. for about 300 thousand dollars for 3 years
