George Lane

George Lane (born 1964[citation needed]) is a British "mental calculator" and author. He is a three-times world champion and one of only three Grandmasters of Mental Calculation, as recognised by the Mind Sports Organisation. His system of mental calculation is described in his best-selling book [1], now registered under the new (13-digit format) ISBN 9781843581413. George is a member of the "Mental Calculations" users' group on the 'net via 'Yahoo!' and can be contacted via this group for forther information & assistance regarding mental calculations tasks.
