George Klein (biologist)

George Klein (1925? – ) is a biologist who has specialized in studying certain types of tumors. He started a tumor biology center at Karolinska Institute and made a connection there between the epstein-Barr virus and lymphomas and other cancers. He is married to Eva Klein, also a biologist, and has a son Peter, a mathematician at Columbia University.
He has written a number of popular books, including Atheist and Holy City, Pieta, and Living Now.
