George Henry Ellis

George Henry Ellis (1875 - 3 July 1898) was a sailor in the United States Navy during the Spanish-American War.

Ellis was born in Peoria, Illinois and enlisted in the Navy in 1892. Chief Yeoman Ellis was killed 3 July 1898 while serving on the USS Brooklyn during the Battle of Santiago de Cuba.
