George Frederick Leycester Marshall (March 27, 1843 - March 7, 1934) was a Colonel in the Indian Army and brother of C. H. T. Marshall. He was a naturalist interested in the birds and butterflies of India. Several new species of butterflies were described by him along with Lionel de Niceville. He wrote The butterflies of India, Burmah and Ceylon. The White-tailed Iora was discovered by him and is sometimes referred to as Marshall's Iora.
