George Champion

George Champion (July 15, 1867 — September 30, 1933) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler who played for Kent. He was born in Stockbury and died in Linton.
Champion made his first cricketing appearance in a Gentlemen vs. Players match in 1892, scoring 6 runs and 29 runs when opening the batting in the first and second innings respectively.
Champion's only first-class appearance came the following month against Somerset, in which he failed to score a run in either innings in which he batted.
