George Carpozi, Jr.

George Carpozi, Jr. (b. 1920) American journalist, biographer and non-fiction author.
Carpozi worked as a journalist for over fifty years. He worked on the New York Journal-American and the New York Post.
He has written over 82 books including books on politics, crime and current events, and especially biographies. Carpozi has been known as the "Biographer to the Stars," having written biographies on Brigitte Bardot, Marilyn Monroe, Clark Gable, Gary Cooper, John Wayne, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Carol Burnett and Cher.
