George Ben

George Ben (September 5, 1925 – 1980) was an Ontario barrister and political figure. He represented Bracondale and then Humber in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1965 to 1971 as a Liberal member.
He was born in Slovakia, the son of John Ben. Ben was educated in Toronto, at the University of Toronto and at Osgoode Hall.In 1952, he married Ruby Elizabeth Hall. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Ben was a member of the municipal council for Metropolitan Toronto and was a member of city council at the time of his death.
