George B. Kelly

George Bradshaw Kelly (December 12, 1900 - June 26, 1971) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York.
Kelly was born in Waterloo, New York. He was a member of the New York State Assembly from 1933 until 1934 and the New York State Senate from 1935 until 1936. He was elected to Congress in 1936 and represented New York's 38th congressional district from January 3, 1937 until January 3, 1939. He unsuccessfully ran for re-election against Joseph J. O'Brien in 1938 and lost to him again in 1940. He died in Lyon, France.
