Geokinetics, Inc. (GOK) provides three-dimensional (3-D) seismic acquisition and seismic data processing services to the land-based oil and gas industry in the United States. It provides land-based and transition zone seismic acquisition services on a contract basis for its clients. The company acquires data by conducting shooting operations and records the acoustical signal reflected from subsurface strata.
