Geography Fair

A geography fair is creative approach to learning geography. The idea is simple: each student researches a geographic region, usually a country, and reports to the class using displays, written and oral reports, and other means. Geography fairs are similar to science fairs, except the topic is geographic instead of scientific.

There are may different methods for conducting a geography fair. Most follow guidelines similar to these:

 1. Pick a geographic region. Often this will be a country.
 2. Research the region.
 3. Present the research in a creative way
