Geoemyda is a genus of turtle in the family Geoemydidae (formerly Bataguridae). Heosemys and the Sulawesi Forest Turtle were formerly included herein.
It contains the following species[verification needed]:
- Ryukyu Black-breasted Leaf Turtle, Geoemyda japonica
- Black-breasted Hill Turtle, Geoemyda spengleri
- Cochin Forest Cane Turtle, Geoemyda silvatica now considere to belong to its own Genus i.e. Vijayachelys (Praschag et al. 2006)
