The notability of this organization is currently unclear, since no secondary sources are cited. By the notability criteria for organizations, independent reliable sources are required to make sure that the subject is notable. These sources might be press coverage about the database, or books in which the database is mentioned. The sources may, but need not, be available online; it is however important that they are explicitly cited.

For the time being, I am replacing the “importance” tag with “notability”. Sorted as part of the Notability wikiproject. --B. Wolterding 08:55, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
