"Genoa is the most populous region in Delaware County, being second only to the town of Delaware."

It cannot be the most populous region and be second to Delaware simultaneously. Also, townships in Ohio (at least in Central Ohio) are rarely refered to simply by their name without the "Township" affix. And Delaware is a city, not a town.

"Genoa Township is the most populous region of Delaware County outside of the city of Delaware." would be an appropriate revision if the information is accurate.

"The average household income is in the $90 thousands."

I will change "$90 thousands" to "$90,000s".

"In Genoa, the population of African elephants had tripled in the last decade."

This appears to be vandalism. I will remove it.
