[edit] Dear

Dear Editors,

I have created 'General Fitness Training' on Wikipedia. All the contents of the General Fitness Training page have been taken from my website. I have put my website link www.r-fitness.co.uk on the exterior links but Wikipedia deletes the link regulary. I understand Wikipedia trys to keep their web free of spams but my website is a non profitable service which offers free advice and help on fitness and also provides a free fitness videos demonstrating general fitness excercises.

Regards, Ricardo Macedo

Don't matter. If it's something that exists independent of your organization and website, there's other info available. You should be citing that information, rather than your own website, as you are considered too close to the topic to be NPOV. If it is something that exists solely on your website, then it is not sufficiently noteworthy to be on Wikipedia. We are not an advertising service, and there's not much that'll get you deleted faster than trying to sell stuff.

If you'd like to add to the article, try putting in some information from other sources, such as the ones you built your own website from.
