The result of the proposal was PAGE MOVED to General Carrera Lake, per discussion below. -GTBacchus(talk) 23:29, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
Buenos Aires/General Carrera Lake → ? — The article has a weird forward slash (/) in it's name, WP:NAME discourages using a slash. Suggestions needed. —feydey (talk) 02:22, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
- As the slash isn't used to make General Carrera Lake, a subpage of Buenos Aires, WP:NAME#Do_not_use_an_article_name_that_suggests_a_hierarchy_of_articles doesn't apply. -- User:Docu
- This looks more as a conflicting name in the line of redirected Sea of Japan/East Sea and Myanmar/Burma dual naming. feydey (talk) 00:00, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

- General Carrera Lake. There are two obvious options: General Carrera Lake or Buenos Aires Lake (both currently redirects). I do not wish to use Google to assess popularity, but in the absence of any other discussion: "Buenos Aires Lake" -wikipedia (515) vs. "General Carrera Lake" -wikipedia (1,400). If there are any convincing reasons to go with Buenos Aires Lake over General Carrera Lake, I will happily reconsider --Lox (t,c) 13:04, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
