[edit] Genetic map versus Gene mapping
OK, I'm a little confused. Could someone please explain the difference between Genetic map and Gene mapping. (And then add that information to the page?) Thanks! Ewlyahoocom 17:23, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
Explanation:-gene map is used to describe the distances between linked genes. genetic map displays the predicting results of dihybrid and tryhybrid crosses. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.176.44.30 (talk) 14:29, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
