The Geneworm, a Race X alien from the Half-Life expansion pack, Opposing Force.

The Geneworm is the final enemy in Opposing Force. In this screenshot, Adrian Shephard is using a mounted laser against it. As well as being able to strike at enemies with its tentacles, the Geneworm can direct toxic gas at nearby foes. It can also spawn Shock Troopers from a portal in its belly.
