1. It is low resolution.
2. It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell their product.
3. Depicts subject discussed in article.
4. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.

The above image is covered by fair use because it is one of two logos used by the copyright holder to identify the franchise that is the main subject of the article it is used in. Furthermore, this image is, and has been, the primary means of visual identification of the article's subject. On this basis and upon the fact that the image is indeed low resolution and is not used in this context for any commercial purposes, the image qualifies verifiably as a fair use image.
