Gentry Complex is a 10,500-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee. The arena opened in 1980. It is home to the TSU Tigers basketball team. The Gentry Complex is situated on the main campus of Tennessee State University, a land-grant institution under the auspices of the Tennessee Board of Regents. This facility was built in 1980 and named for Howard C. Gentry, Sr., who, during a 27 year span, served as a prominent professor, coach and athletic director at TSU. The facility houses the Department of Health, Physical Education and Recreation and has a basketball arena, dance studio, indoor track, indoor Olympic pool, (4) racquetball courts, and a training and weight room. It has a seating capacity of 10,500.
