The International Exhibition Genoa '92 Colombo '92 took place from May 15 to August 15, 1992 in Genoa, Italy. The theme was "Christopher Columbus, The Ship and the Sea." It was a specialized Exhibition with 54 countries represented. Total visitors were 1,694,800 (as per BIE website [1]).The exposition ran simultaneously with Seville Expo '92. Purpose of the exposition was to celebrate Christopher Columbus' 'discovery' of the New World.
