Gennaro Delvecchio (born 25 March 1978 in Barletta) is an Italian football (soccer) player. He is a midfielder who currently plays for U.C. Sampdoria of Serie A. He debuted in the Italian top division in 2005-06 with U.S. Lecce, after having played before only in lower leagues (from Serie B to Serie D).
He was first capped by Italy national football team head coach Roberto Donadoni for a friendly match against Croatia, which was lost 2-0 at home. He was also selected for Euro 2008 qualification matches against Lithuania and France in September and matches against Ukraine and Georgia in October, but did not make any appearances.
