Genesis Energy Investment Company is a solar energy investment company based in Budapest, Hungary, which invests in the emerging photovoltaics market. It is building several identical factories around the world, producing large scale solar panels with high-tech, thin film technology.^{[citation needed]} It is financed by Genesis Capital Management, a technology fund.^{[citation needed]}
