General Leopold Von Flockenstuffen is a fictional character in the BBC sitcom 'Allo 'Allo!, which ran from 1982 to 1992. He was played by the actor Ken Morley. He appeared in six episodes of the fifth, sixth and seventh seasons of the series.
General von Flockenstuffen is introduced in the episode "Watch the Birdie", in the same episode, he is revealed to be a "bit this way and that" like Gruber.
