General Currie Elementary School is located at 8220 General Currie Road, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. The school is named after General Sir Arthur Currie, the Canadian World War I commander in the Battle of Vimy Ridge.
The original building of the school, a one-room school house, was first built as an annex to Bridgeport School and is currently the second oldest Richmond school being used on its original site. This building is now used for adult ESL classes and is home to the Richmond Retired Teachers' Association. A larger facility was completed in 1993 to accommodate more than 200 students and an addition was completed in 2001. It now accommodates over 500 students. The school also offers a music program taught by Anne Appenhiemer.
