Eugene Edgar "Gene" Page, Jr. (September 13, 1939 — August 24, 1998) was an influential conductor, arranger and record producer most active in the 1970's.

Known for his unique craftmanship, his extraordinary string arrangements, intricate horn patterns, and musical arrangement style, his sound can be heard in the arrangements he's done for The Righteous Brothers, The Supremes, The Four Tops, Buffalo Springfield, Barbra Streisand, Martha and the Vandellas, Barry White, The Love Unlimited Orchestra, Whitney Houston, George Benson, Roberta Flack, Elton John, Leo Sayer, Seals & Croft, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, Dobie Gray, Peabo Bryson, and Jeffrey Osborne among many other notable acts in popular music.

In addition, He released 5 solo albums and scored various motion picture soundtracks. In 1972, He was hired to score the Blaxplotation film Blacula. The Soundtrack to the film is now considered a cult classic and collector's item to record enthusiast.

Gene Page was one of the most prolific arrangers/conductors of popular music during his time and worked on more than 200 gold and platinum records.
