I love languages, although I speak only English fluently. I can hold my own in both Cantonese and French. I'm hoping to improve my Japanese.

I am currently a third-year Chemistry student with a minor in French.

I listen to J-Pop mostly, although most Asian pop is fair game. I do listen to English pop music as well. My preferred artists are Sarah McLachlan and Vienna Teng.

I try not to be protective of any articles I edit, so usually if I see an edit of a page on my watchlist and it's not too outlandish, I'll let it slide. Most of my edits are of the minor kind; they're grammar fixes and typo corrections, usually. Once in a while I'll re-write an entire paragraph for style.

I do jump on vandals, though, so beware!

I also love linking dates, although I hear it's not really in fashion anymore; I've just fallen in love with the 23 January 2005 format, and I like the fact that linking things means that they can show up according to user preferences.
