[edit] Middle name and place of birth

The England & Wales, Birth Index: 1984-2005 appears to list only one Gemma Merna, giving the middle name Ann. However, the county of birth is listed as Lancashire, whereas the article indicates that Gemma Merna was born in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire. I wonder where the discrepancy has arisen?
