Gemini Cosmetics, Inc. is a developer and distributor of unique fragrance brands. Their corporate headquarters is in New York, New York. The company was founded by Frank Fazzinga. Dana Kline was appointed the Vice-President of Sales in May of 2007. Jonathan Needham joined Gemini in April 2008 as the head of Operations after over 20 years at L'Oreal. The addition of such strong and talented assets allows Gemini to be a growing force in the cosmetics industry.
Gemini Cosmetics is dedicated to developing innovative and exciting fragrance brands that are relevant and compelling to today’s consumers.

Well-known clothier Tommy Bahama entered the fragrance industry in 2005, and enlisted Gemini to develop and manufacture their line of fragrances and ancillary products. [1]

In September 2006 Gemini released "KISS Her" and "KISS Him", fragrances endorsed by the hard rock band KISS, an unprecented marketing move for such a once-controversial musical group. In addition to fragrance, the collection will include men's hair and body wash, deodorant and body spray. Women's products include shower gel, body lotion and body splash. [2]

Gemini Cosmetics began distributing Le Couvent des Minimes in the Fall of 2007. Le Couvent des Minimes manufactures a range of well-being products and treatments. By selecting the very best natural ingredients this line continues the unique tradition of love and care through aromatic plants and natural ingredients.
