[edit] Stub rating (Military history)

I have rated this article as of Stub class, as I think it leaves out too much to be Start-rated. To be Start (or higher) rated, his military service would have to be expanded, or some description of campaigns while he was emperor should be included. Did he have a family? And did his reign have any consequences? PKKloeppel (talk) 23:36, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
