Gelonus is a genus of leaf-footed bug (Coreidae) in Tasmania, one of the few that feed on eucalypts.

In the Swedish Museum of Natural History list this bugs specie is credited to "Le Guillou, 1841 Gelonus Coreidae" genus authority by Stål, 1865 is perhaps incorrect since 20 years later.
