This page is a essay and a crtism to a major Wikiproject on Wikipedia, this stated pure opioins and helpful information about the project from my experience with the project.

The project aims primarily to: provide guidelines and recommendations for articles that describe all aspects of video games improve Wikipedia's coverage of video games by creating, expanding, and maintaining such articles serve as the central point of discussion for issues related to video games on Wikipedia maintain the portal

The Video Game project is one of the biggest Wikiprojects in Wikipedia. It has a variety of editors. They each know policies and each either like them or em. The biggest part of the whole thing is the discussion. Disccusion keeps the whole thing moving. But, there more to it than just talking aout some crapy VG articles. You must be careful of what you say. Sadly, if you say something as they might comment "out of order"...you will be jumped on and it wont be pretty...trust me. I have found out the hard way that Wikipedia is not a forum...but that is a stuck up collaboration of people(some with know lives) who work on a bunch of articles. Not only in the WPVG...but everywhere on wikipedia. Discussions at the WPVG are strictly about talking about working on making VG articles better. So always be careful about what you comment.
