Gcompris requires 20$ for registration to unlock most of the program features... It is not correct to classify this software as free or include in free software portal. 88.249.208.188 10:50, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
- As far as I know, only the Windows version is crippled[1] (which the article notes in the intro). The Linux version is free (as in free beer). Since the source code is available as well, it classifies as "free software". Free software != freeware. utcursch | talk 11:39, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
