Gay Rosenblum-Kumar

Gay Rosenblum-Kumar is a Public Administration officer in the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs.

She works with civil society members and government officials to enhance their capacities for managing conflict.

Rosenblum-Kumar has most recently designed and managed the Conflict Management Capacity-Building Project, and its ICT component the Peacebuilding Portal.
